Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a wide range of design disciplines, from social media graphics to print design and basic video editing. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Graphics: Design visually compelling and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Print Design: Create print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Brand Identity: Develop and maintain consistent brand identities for our clients through logo design, color schemes, and typography.
• Basic Video Editing: Edit and create short promotional videos, GIFs, and animations for social media and web use.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired outcomes.
• Creative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaigns and strategies.
• Client Interaction: Occasionally participate in client meetings to understand their vision and ensure designs meet their expectations.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adaptability: Stay updated with design trends and tools to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including social media graphics, print design, and video editing.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
