Position: Business Development Leader
About Us: Strong Wills is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities through a range of high-quality services, including transportation, cleaning, one-on-one care, and leisure activities. We are committed to compassion, inclusivity, and excellence in everything we do.
Role Overview: As our Business Development Leader, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and impact. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that highlight the value Strong Wills brings to the lives of individuals with special needs, predominantly with Middle Eastern background. Your ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English will be crucial in connecting with diverse communities and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Market research, competition analysis and accordingly develop and implement marketing plans to increase awareness of our services in both Arabic and English-speaking communities.
Proactively identify and lead sales initiatives to drive growth and expand our client base.
Regularly present reports and performance metrics to management.
Reports/Analytics to include Sales, Pipeline planning and Forecasts.
Work with Sales Operations in tracking customer bookings, delivery and after sales support.
Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, governmental agencies, clients, business partners, and community organizations.
Collaborate with our leadership team to set and achieve business development goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Masters Degree (in a related field) preferred
Minimum 5 years proven experience in business development, sales and marketing within the social services and special needs sector.
Self-motivated person, with prior experience of working independently and with little supervision.
Broad experience in inclusive education.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required, additional foreign languages are an advantage
Working rights to work in Australia (for the right candidate, Subclass 482 Work Visa sponsorship may be considered)
