Account Support Specialist | Work from home

Job Description:

Stellapps is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Entry Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product-related questions and issues
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Leadership skills and the ability to take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
