Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading mechanical engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will also be involved in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components, as well as providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion
• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products or develop new ones
• Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
• Proven track record of leading and managing engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design and analysis software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
