Plumber

• Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste disposal in residential and commercial, buildings.
• Duties

- Use hand tools to assemble, install, and repair pipes and pipe fittings

- Perform heavy lifting as required for plumbing materials

- Maintain and repair plumbing systems in line with codes

- Knowledge of HVAC systems and how they relate to plumbing

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other construction professionals

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues

- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and materials

- Proficiency in using hand tools specific to plumbing tasks

- Ability to plumb, assemble, and install piping systems effectively

- Capability to handle heavy lifting associated with plumbing materials

- Strong maintenance skills for repairing plumbing systems

- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their interaction with plumbing

- Understanding of reading blueprints and schematics

- Collaboration skills to work with other construction professionals like carpenters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Experience:
• plumbing: 3 years (preferred)
