Operations Manager|Resort

Kondody Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and focused individual to join our team as the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track records of managing hospitality operations efficiently.
• Analytical skill, managerial skill & budgeting and forecasting.
• Industrial knowledge & Communication skill.
• Ability to manage contingencies.
• Staff and Guest management skills.
• Compliance to Hotel operating controls.
• Procedures and service standards.
• Knowledge in running profitable business.
• Daily operation review of department.
• Analysis the deviation and should take necessary corrective and preventive action.
• Review all the departments reports and revert with necessary advice.
• Prepare the daily report based on all the department and send to Management/GM.
• Monthly need to review all departments based on monthly and should have a process review based on SOP.
• Prepare the report based on review.
• Identify the scope of improvement in daily operations.

Education: MBA/Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality

Experience: 10years

Salary: 40K to 45K+ Accommodation & Food

Location: Munnar
