Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and have a strong understanding of various platforms. This role will involve creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, and driving online community growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit engaging social media content (posts, captions, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and target audience.
• Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on our social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Platform Optimization: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to optimize our reach and engagement.
• Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., followers, engagement, click-through rates) to measure the effectiveness of our social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.

Experience:
• Total work: 1 Year (Required)
