Hoover Mechanical is currently looking to fill full-time positions in the Calgary area.

What we are looking for:

· Attention to detail

· Goal oriented

· Reliable

· Hardworking

· Team player

· Reliable transportation to and from work

· Possesses basic hand tools

· 1st to 4th year apprentice and Journeyman Plumbing certifications are considered an asset

· Experience in commercial/wood construction considered an asset

PPE Requirements and Basic Safety Certificates

· Minimum 6” boots

· Work gloves

· Hard hat and safety vest will be provided

Skills and Abilities

· Use proper lifting techniques for heavy pipes weighing in excess of 25 kgs

· Comfortable with working from heights on ladders

· Standing for long periods

· Work in tight spaces

· Ability to work with others and alone
