MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
Profile - Service Engineer
Qualification - B.Tech - Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics
Experience -Min. 2+ yrs. in Automatic Bending Machine (must have working knowledge on different types of controller systems, in-built in machine such as – DELEM, CYBELEC, ESA etc.)
Salary - Upto 6 lac
Location- Delhi
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Quality Inspection of Automatic Bending Machine, before dispatch.
2. Installation of Automatic Bending Machine at client site.
3. He will provide training to the operator and the concerned persons, from client side.
4. Preventive Maintenance of machine.
5. Servicing of machine, in case of any fault.
Bending Machine –These are machines, which work from the roll/coil and process plus bend automatically the steel rules used in cutting dies / forms. In Fabrication Industry, where Metal Rolls / Coil are being bend / mold in a specific form, to produce a pre-decided shaped metal output. Example:- In automobile / railway etc, such machines are being used to bend / mold the metal sheet in a specific form
