Job Title : Manual Tester (5+ Years Experience)

Responsibilities :
• Conduct comprehensive functional and regression testing of web applications and mobile compatibility testing.
• Review and analyze system specifications to understand software requirements.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and identify defects.
• Validate results in SQL databases using complex SQL queries and joins.
• Perform API testing, understanding payloads and response results.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to understand acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the development team to resolve software issues.
• Document and report defects to the development team.
• Ensure software adheres to quality standards and best practices.
• Participate in review meetings to provide feedback on software and testing processes.
• Conduct bug triage with the scrum team.

Qualifications :
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Manual Tester.
• Strong expertise in testing web-based applications.
• Hands-on experience in mobile / device testing.
• Experience working with Agile and SAFe delivery models.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps.
• Ability to represent the testing team in cross-functional meetings and discussions.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
• Exposure to API testing; experience with any automation tool is a plus.
