GRAVIS is looking for Medical Personnel to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders Responsibilities: Promote and sell pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals through effective communication and product presentations Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators within assigned territory Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth product knowledge to healthcare professionals to facilitate informed decision-making Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territory Conduct market research and gather feedback from healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for product improvement or new product development Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to management Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs to support product launches and promotional activities Attend medical conferences, seminars, and other events to network with healthcare professionals and stay updated on industry developments Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all sales and promotional activities Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
