Customer Service Representative (Work From Home, Paid Internship)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Duration: 2 months

Stipend: 8000 + Incentive

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to provide top-notch support to our users.

This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist users with troubleshooting app issues, booking reservations, and redeeming pegs.
• Provide information about the app, features, and partnered venues.
• Document customer feedback and report recurring issues to the technical team.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
