Job Description
Securability Protection is seeking a Mobile Security Supervisor to join our team. If you meet the requirements below, please submit a cover letter and resume for consideration.
Job Summary:
Under general supervision of the Security Coordinator or Security Manager, while the Mobile Response position is a key operational role responsible for emergency response it enforces capacities on site. Due to strict procedures mobile patrol officers need to ensure all site security officers receive proper training. Furthermore provide leadership, direction and ongoing coaching and training. In conclusion mobile security officers act as a security supervisor on the road. You answer to all inquiries directed to you either by phone or email.
Job Specifications:
In addition, you are responsible of Conducting proactive security patrols of property, observing for suspicious or criminal behavior, doing foot patrol and vehicle based patrols. Reporting any deficiencies or suspicious behaviors noted on site to dispatch, security management, or emergency responders as required. Working with various security departments and local emergency responders (police, firefighters and ambulance) to provide a safe and secure environment. A company issued vehicle is provided for patrol, with GPS tracking systems. You will communicate and coordinate with management regarding scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters, to ensure smooth delivery of services. In addition conduct proactive security patrols of the property observing for suspicious or criminal behavior. This includes foot patrol and vehicle based patrols.
Education & Experience:
• High School education (post-secondary is preferred)
• 2 Years relevant experience, at the same time combination of high affinity training
• First Aid and CPR Training
• Security Guard License
• Full class driver’s license
Hours of Operation:
Schedule is assigned at random. It is required that applicants are flexible and able to complete any type of shifts.
