• Patrolling: Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, and other security breaches.
• Access Control: Verify identification and manage entry to secure areas, ensuring only authorized personnel have access.
• Surveillance: Operate and monitor security cameras and alarms, responding promptly to any suspicious activities.
• Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents, accidents, or security breaches, maintaining clear and accurate records.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies, such as fire alarms or medical situations, following established protocols to ensure safety.
• Customer Service: Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.

Required Work Experience:
• No prior experience is necessary for entry-level positions, although experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial.

Skills:
• Observation Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to notice unusual or suspicious activities.
• Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Basic First Aid: Familiarity with basic first aid procedures is a plus.

Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A basic educational requirement for entry-level security guard positions.
• Security Guard Certification: Some regions may require a specific certification or license, which may involve completing a training program.
