Operations Manager| Manufacturing

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance
• Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in an operations management role, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and software applications
• Experience in implementing quality management systems is a plus
