Client Service Representative | Work from home

BYJU'S is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be reliable and resilient, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
