Doughnut Party has been making the finest and freshest doughnuts from scratch since 2017 - we're a fun, fast-paced, and inclusive bakery with a new location in Inglewood, Calgary!
• Job Summary

We are seeking a Cashier to join our team at Doughnut Party. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to the overall success of our Inglewood bakery. This is an excellent job for a post-secondary student or a person seeking part-time casual work.

Position includes a tip-out that is between $3-4 per hour biweekly.
• Duties

- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Promote products and services to customers

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism

- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Requirements

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus

- Proficiency in technology sales or technical sales preferred

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous

- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills

- Time management skills to ensure efficient operations

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
