Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Fine Art Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for visual arts, with a unique ability to translate their creative vision into compelling works of art. As a Fine Art Painter, you will be responsible for producing original artwork, participating in exhibitions, and contributing to our artistic community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create Artwork: Produce original paintings in various styles and techniques, including but not limited to oil, acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media.
• Conceptualize and Plan: Develop concepts and themes for new works, including sketching, experimenting with color palettes, and exploring different materials.
• Exhibit Work: Participate in gallery shows, art fairs, and other exhibitions to showcase your work and engage with the art community.
• Collaborate: Work closely with curators, art directors, and other artists to contribute to collaborative projects and exhibitions.
• Maintain Studio: Set up and maintain your studio space, ensuring that tools, materials, and artworks are organized and well-kept.
• Market and Promote: Develop and implement strategies to market your artwork, including social media presence, artist statements, and networking within the art community.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on current art trends, techniques, and technologies to continually refine your skills and approach.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art History, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Fine Art Painter with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of works and techniques.
• Skills: Proficiency in various painting techniques and mediums; strong attention to detail; excellent creative and conceptual skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Personal Attributes: Passionate about art with a strong work ethic; open to constructive feedback; innovative and self-motivated.
