We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who can produce compelling designs that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand identity.

Job Description :

As a Graphic Designer at StafGo Health, you will play a key role in shaping the visual aspects of our digital and print communications.

You will create marketing materials, social media graphics, and web visuals that not only align with but elevate our brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities :
• Develop digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, website elements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visuals align with strategic goals and brand standards.
• Produce innovative graphics and illustrations that enhance storytelling across various media.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects, adapting designs for various formats while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Liaise with external vendors for the production of print materials, when necessary.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to keep our design practices ahead of the curve.
• Contribute to branding and visual identity projects, providing creative insights and solutions.

Qualifications :
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work across digital and print media.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and effective visual communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills, with a knack for detail.
• Knowledge of web design and UX principles is advantageous.
• Background in healthcare or RCM industries is beneficial but not required.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
