Content Designer|UX Writer

As a Digital Content Designer, you'll improve our overall user experience by working closely with our team of Experience Designers to deliver a simple and useful digital experience.

Supporting multiple squads, you'll be the editorial authority for the customer experience across a range of digital assets like our app, online banking, website and broker portal. You'll define and maintain digital standards, write engaging content that sets us apart.

The Customer, Marketing and Communication (CMC) division's purpose is to attract and retain customers through experiences that are not only simple and useful, but also informed by strategy and insight.

The Digital Content and Experience Team, which sits within the CMC division, is responsible for championing experience across all of our digital channels and platforms.
