About the Roles:

Patient Engagement Specialist.

We have Four Full -Time fixed term contracts available starting around + September for a 6-8 week period.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn individual to join our Patient Engagement Team based in Grafton. We need someone with a curious mindset, top-notch communication skills, calm demeanour, and maturity to deal with sensitive medical topics. You will be conducting outbound calls, screening, and recruiting participants for clinical trials. Training for each trial will be provided to ensure you understand the clinical trial we are recruiting for and associated medical terminology. This will be a great way to get call centre & sales experience under your belt.
