Mercedes|Benz Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Mercedes-Benz Service Advisor to join our team at our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Te Rapa, Hamilton. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our service team in managing customer vehicle bookings and servicing, both at the workshop and customer counter. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service that enhances sales, dealership performance, and overall customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

Promoting all products and services offered by Ingham.
Welcoming customers during vehicle drop-off and pickup.
Generating accurate quotes and invoices for repair services.
Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Ensuring meticulous recording of booking and parts sales information.
Prioritising customer satisfaction and demonstrating attention to detail.
