Pet Insurance Agent

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic Insurance Agents to join our team and engage with prospective customers, guiding them through the process of purchasing insurance for their beloved pets. This role involves making outbound sales calls and providing exceptional customer service to ensure our clients feel confident and valued.

Minimum Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday , between +:00 am to 8:30 pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and alternate Saturdays 10:00am to 3:00pm ( Full availability across the above hours is required).

Responsibilities Include:

Taking and making calls to sell Pet-n-Sur insurance to customers.
Interviewing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Explaining insurance details, coverage, premiums, and benefits to clients clearly and persuasively.
Assisting clients in determining the appropriate type and level of coverage required.
Calculating premiums and establishing payment methods.
Reviewing clients' circumstances periodically to ensure their insurance coverage remains suitable.
