Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients by prospecting, identifying and cultivating relationships with potential customers
• Sell life insurance policies and provide excellent customer service to clients
• Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide them with the appropriate insurance products
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met over time
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with accurate information and advice
• Process applications and underwriting requirements with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and meet performance targets
• Regularly review individual business results and adjust activities as required to meet established targets
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in the life insurance market or equivalent experience in another industry
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent computer and online research skills
Nice to have
• A proven track record of sales success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Brokerage and cold-calling background a significant asset

Pay: $25,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
