Veterinary Office Assistant|Receptionist

Panorama Hills Animal Hospital is looking for a full time or part time Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist. We are a privately owned and operated, small animal veterinary clinic located just off of Stoney Trail in NW Calgary. We are a small group of fun, passionate individuals looking to add in another member to our family.

Our preferred candidate would meet the following requirements:
• Have prior veterinary experience (preferred)
• Exceptional Customer Service and communication Skills
• Have great computer skills
• Energetic and Passionate
• Loves cats and dogs
• High attention to detail and work ethic
• Works well individually and as a team
• Works well in a busy work environment and able to multi-task

Job Duties will include the following:
• Answering phones, greeting clients, invoicing, scanning and faxing
• Patient restraint and care
• Clinic upkeep- cleaning, surgical packs, and other clinic duties
• Assisting Veterinarian and RVTs

Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturdays +am-4pm. Applicant should be available to work some evenings and Saturdays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
