Job Description
• face-to-face contact with service customers as they drop off and pick up their vehicles
• taking enquiries and making service bookings for a range of customers
• maintaining regular contact with our service customers to provide updates on their vehicles and additional work that is required
• liaising with internal workshop employees to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and are returned to our service customers as promised
• ordering parts and liaison with parts department to ensure stock is on-site when vehicles are booked in
• invoicing completed daily
• achieving budgets and KPIs
About you:
• previous automotive experience is preferable, or experience in a similar fast-paced customer-facing role
• a strong customer focus with the ability to establish and develop long-term customer relationships
• excellent communication and negotiation skills
• taking enquiries and making service bookings for a range of customers
