Job description
We are seeking a talented Script Writer to craft compelling, engaging, and informative scripts for our YouTube and Instagram vlogs. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling, a deep understanding of travel content, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences through captivating narratives. This role requires creativity, research skills, and a passion for travel and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Script Development: Write engaging scripts for YouTube and Instagram vlogs, focusing on informative travel stories that highlight destinations, cultural insights, safety tips, and unique experiences.

- Research:Conduct thorough research on destinations, including historical, cultural, and geographical aspects, to ensure accuracy and depth in the content.

- Audience Engagement: Create content that resonates with our target audience, incorporating a mix of educational and entertaining elements to keep viewers engaged.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the content team, including videographers, editors, and social media managers, to ensure scripts align with visual content and overall brand tone.

- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current travel trends, popular destinations, and audience preferences to craft relevant and timely content.

- SEO Optimization: Incorporate relevant keywords and phrases to enhance discoverability on YouTube and Instagram.

- Revisions: Be open to feedback and revisions to ensure the final script aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in scriptwriting, particularly for YouTube or Instagram.

- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft narratives that are both informative and engaging.

- A deep passion for travel and a solid understanding of different cultures, destinations, and travel logistics.

- Ability to conduct detailed research and translate it into compelling content.

- Excellent command of English with strong writing and editing skills.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices for video content is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
