BigBasket is seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, possess emotional intelligence, and excel in cooperation with colleagues.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
3. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and account management.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
1. 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
3. Confidence in handling challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
4. Emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software.
6. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
