Job Description:

Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. We are looking for a resourceful and passionate individual who possesses strong decision-making and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction
- Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements
- Assist in the development of client presentations and proposals
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to client relations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
