About the internship:
As a human resources (HR) intern at Raja Professionals Inc, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects. Your proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as well as your skills in MS-Office, MS-Excel, and interpersonal communication will be instrumental in your success in this role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

2. Supporting in conducting employee orientation and training programs

3. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases

4. Assisting in organizing employee events and activities to promote engagement and morale

5. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

6. Providing support in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and feedback sessions

7. Assisting in handling employee inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues as needed
