Job Description:



1) Generating new business leads from online bidding portals (like oDesk, Elance, Guru, etc.), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), references, and any other sources.



2) Requirement analysis, website analysis, proposal writing, follow-up, and the and the need to work as a bridge between the client and the team.



3) Proficiency in writing and reviewing proposals for online market places Bidding on IT projects (web-based projects, SEO projects, PHP projects, and MySQL projects).



4) Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.



5) coordinate with the junior to achieve the goal.



Desired Candidate Profile:



1) Work in teams and plan digital marketing strategies for clients.



2) Must have a technical understanding of web technologies, preferably PHP, Magento, WordPress, Angular, Android, and iOS apps.



3) Fluency in spoken and written English.



4) Creating proposals, follow-up, and requirement gathering coordination between the team and client.



5) Expertise in negotiation and deal closure. Should be able to manage and coordinate information within the team in order to get profitable orders.
