Job Description

Full-time position
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Rotational Saturday morning shift every 4-5 weeks (7:30 am - 12:30 pm)
Hourly rate: $26.50 per hour + 8% holiday pay

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, you should:

Be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or possess a valid open work visa
Pass a Police Check with no criminal convictions
Have proven customer service experience in contact centres, hospitality, retail, reception, or similar roles
Excel in high-pressure or stressful situations
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be technologically adept, quick to learn and use new systems accurately
Display a strong work ethic, a passion for helping people, and a commitment to teamwork
