Job Description

You will be working within our experienced team of employment consultants and closely with our clients and potential employers to ensure that our jobseekers find meaningful paid work.
You will be supporting individuals through any challenges that they may face on their journey towards finding and maintaining employment.
You will be creating CV’s and Cover Letters as well as giving advice on job search methods, training, and interview techniques.
You will also guide individuals on networking and how to present themselves well to employers.
And you will be conducting one-on-one meetings and planning sessions that help people to tailor their job search. Once they have obtained employment, you will support them so that they keep and grow in their new role.
