Job Description

In this varied and pivotal Sales Support role, you will provide administrative support to our sales and compliance teams

Assist our Customers with their lending needs
Outbound Call and email to ensure we have all required information to provide a Loan Approval to our valued Customers
Assess and enter client affordability information
Respond to client queries via phone and email
Running credit checks and ensuring we have all qualifying documents
