Job Description

We seek a positive and energetic person with excellent customer service and administration abilities and high level of communication skills to join our Customer Services Team.

This is a busy and diverse role where the responsibilities will include being the front-line contact for visitors at Otago Polytechnic, supporting Customer Services administrative processes and assisting with administering student applications. You will thrive on providing the highest level of service and advice to internal and external customers with your up-beat, can-do attitude. You will build rapport via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
