Customer Services Representative

Our team is growing and looking to hire someone in a new full time role to join our energetic customer service team!

In this role, you’ll be based in our modern and well-appointed office in Havelock North. Once trained up you will have the option of working 2 days a week at home.

Hours of Work
This role is full time Monday to Fridays doing our end of day 5.30/6pm finish shift. Start time can be flexible for the right candidate.

About The Role
This role requires someone customer centric as the customer service team manage all communication with our external clients and book appointments for our inspector network.

Answering inbound customer phone calls and emails
Providing product knowledge and pricing for the services we offer
Arranging appointments for clients and inspectors
Processing job documentation, including invoicing
Maintaining client accounts and relationships
Other administrative duties
