Role : International Voice Process Associate (Customer Support)

JOB Location -Bhayandar , Malad , Chandivali , Thane and Vashi

JOB Responsibilities Will Include
• Handle Voice Calls from customers and clients
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
• Maintain good customer relations
• Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data
• Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries This is a 24/7 support
• Five-day working with Two days rotational offs

Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate Fresher Can Apply.
• Undergraduates can apply but should have minimum 6 months of experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Should be comfortable with rotational shifts (247)
• Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation
• Looking for immediate joiners

Perks and Benefits:-

Salary - 14 k to 30 k depend upon process and experience
