JOB DESCRIPTION:

Profile Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Officer with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will provide visionary financial leadership, drive the company's financial strategy, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:

● Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

● Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.

● Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes.

● Conduct regular financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance and provide insights for improvement.

● Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the stability and security of the company's financial health.

● Implement robust risk management processes.

● Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.

● Present financial reports to the board of directors and executive management team.

● Manage cash flow and treasury functions to optimize liquidity.

● Monitor banking relationships and negotiate financing agreements.

● Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic plans.

● Assess potential mergers, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities.

● Manage IRDAI audit and compliance

Qualifications:

● Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

● Proven managerial experience.

● In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management best practices.

● Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Note: Prior experience in the Insurance industry is preferred
