Job description:
We offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical nurse to join Eastern Shore and Glamorgan Spring Bay Community Nursing as Clinical Nurse Consultant. The Clinical Nurse Consultant, in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager, provides clinical leadership, supervision, guidance, coordination and support to the community nursing team of registered and enrolled nurses. It promotes integration and coordination of health care services including the development and implementation of efficient and effective service delivery strategies, within a collaborative framework. This position works across a variety of centres including Clarence Integrated Care Centre, Sorell Community Health Centre and Triabunna Community Health Centre. Your expertise in contemporary nursing practice will support excellent care provision for clients in their own homes and communities.
The role:

Acts as a consultant, in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), to provide clinical leadership, supervision, guidance, coordination and support to the community nursing team providing direct care to clients in the Eastern Shore Community Nursing (ESCN) catchment area and Clarence Integrated Care Centre.
