Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Technician at Lining Home Textile® located in Dammam. The Factory Technician will be responsible for performing daily production tasks, maintaining machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring quality control in the manufacturing process.

Education:

Mechanic OR fitter from I.T.I ( Industrial Training Institute) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 4 to 5 Years in the polyester padding industry OR spinning and weaving industry.

Responsibilities
• Thorough knowledge and experience in Carding machine maintenance ( Roller and Clearer OR Woolen OR Flat cards).
• Carding machine gauge settings.
• Knowledge of wire clothing specs and applications.
• Able to handle the card wire clothing individually.
• General mechanical jobs like maintaining gearboxes, pumps, blowers, compressors, etc.
• Welding, gas cutting, and some fabrication skills.
• Machine Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in quality control processes
• Knowledge of textile production techniques
• Physical dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Technical certification in related field
