Social Media Marketing Intern

The Social Media Marketing Intern will assist the marketing team in managing and enhancing the company’s social media presence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in content creation, campaign management, and social media strategy. The intern will work closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager and other team members to contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation:
• Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Support the development of multimedia content (images, videos, graphics).
• Social Media Management:
• Schedule and publish posts across all social media channels.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly.
• Campaign Support:
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
• Help track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
• Research and Analysis:
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors' social media activities.
• Provide insights and suggestions for improving the company’s social media strategy.
• Community Engagement:
• Engage with the online community, building relationships with followers and influencers.
• Participate in online conversations and promote brand awareness.
• Reporting:
• Compile and present weekly/monthly reports on social media performance.
• Provide recommendations based on data insights.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing and digital content creation.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
