What's more, you'll find all these great shows (and more) on our free-to-air channels (10, 10 Bold, 10 Peach, Nickelodeon), our digital platform 10 Play that also includes a vast array of Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV known as FAST (including numerous MTV and Nickelodeon channels), and our subscription video on demand service Paramount+.
Job description:
This is a permanent full-time role based in SYDNEY (hybrid).
Join Our Team as an HR Coordinator!
Are you ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team in the APAC region as an HR Coordinator. This is your chance to play a crucial role in supporting our employees and enhancing their experience across HR functions.
What You'll Do:
As an HR Coordinator, reporting to the Director HR Operations, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional HR support to our APAC employees. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing Expert Guidance: Offer frontline HR support, answering employee queries related to HR programs, policies, benefits, timesheets, and more.
Coordinating Issue Resolution: Work closely with Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams to resolve complex employee issues, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the process.
Empowering Employees: Develop and maintain "self-service" knowledge content for employees via platforms like ‘MyAssistant' and ‘ServiceNow,' making HR resources easily accessible.
Streamlining Onboarding: Support new employees from day one by managing onboarding logistics, tech setups, and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Managing Employee Data: Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, Finance, and the HR Data Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data changes and job requisitions.
Overseeing Offboarding: Guide departing employees and their managers through the offboarding process, addressing any questions related to Payroll, Benefits, Facilities, and IT, and conducting exit interviews when required.
Supporting Reporting & Data Integrity: Assist HRBPs with reporting needs and work with the HR Data team on regular data audits to maintain data quality.
Driving HR Efficiency: Contribute to HR operational projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and improving the overall employee experience.
Collaborating on Special Projects: Partner with HRBP teams on various client-specific projects and tasks as needed.
