Partner with business units to support and enhance the full HR life cycle.
Provide guidance on remuneration and compensation structures.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations and resolve complex issues.
Drive talent management and development initiatives.
Support recruitment and on boarding processes.
Monitor HR metrics and report on key trends.
Foster positive working relationships with employees and stakeholders.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, a strong understanding of remuneration practices, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience in full HR life cycle management
Expertise in remuneration and compensation structures
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Strong problem-solving and advisory skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
