We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee our web and application development initiatives.

In this role, you will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications.
• Architect, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Lead code reviews and ensure code quality through automated testing and continuous integration practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for process improvements and technology adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Expertise in ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, C#, and other relevant .NET technologies.
• Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks, such as Xamarin or React Native, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
