Job Description:

BharatPe is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Associate Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
3. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and track interactions.
6. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Adaptable and energetic personality traits.
3. Strong persuasion and project management skills.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
