Co-Founder, Digital Marketing

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Co-Founder of Digital Marketing with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook and Instagram Ads. This role is pivotal in leading end-to-end marketing strategies, driving growth, and maximizing ROI across digital channels.

Location: Flexible location with potential for remote work.

Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Performance Marketing: Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns to acquire and convert leads into customers.
• SEO: Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search engine rankings and increase visibility.
• Google Ads: Manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads, to drive traffic and achieve campaign objectives.
• Facebook and Instagram Ads: Create and optimize paid social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences across digital platforms.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Budget Management: Monitor marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook and Instagram Ads.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve KPIs.
• Expertise in optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks.
• Proficiency in creating and managing paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive engagement and conversions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills with a passion for driving innovation and achieving results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
