About the Role
ACESGroup is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to mentor and guide our Recruitment team. You will be responsible for overseeing the effective attraction, recruitment and onboarding of team members across ACESGroup operations to ensure that we continue to attract, select, and retain quality staff.
Based at our National Services Support Centre in Redfern – just a short walk from public transport – our Recruitment Manager will:
Effectively manage the workload of the recruitment team.
Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce needs, analyse trends and develop strategic talent acquisition / recruitment plans.
Manage the recruitment of permanent roles, build talent pools and minimise vacancies.
Develop and coach a high-performing team, driving a culture of accountability and excellence.
Manage a high recruitment volume, working hands-on alongside the team to share the recruitment load ensuring key targets are met efficiently and effectively.
Create compelling marketing and advertising, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and perform reference and compliance checks.
Proactively source candidates through various channels and activities to enhance recruitment efforts.
Produce detailed recruitment performance reports.
Essential Criteria
Proven experience leading a high-volume recruitment team.
Over 3-5years of recruitment experience, preferably within security or blue-collar sectors with bulk/mass recruitment.
Experience delivering recruitment solutions that support workforce planning requirements.
Well-developed communication, negotiation and relationship management skills, with a professional phone manner.
Proven ability to establish and maintain internal and external relationships.
Process-driven with the ability to quickly learn and adhere to company procedures.
Capability to work effectively under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
