Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Nashik, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Gems & Jewellery, Apparel, or Footwear industry. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in managing the store's operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock management.

- Supervise and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.

- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.

- Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and drive revenue growth.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

- Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in the Gems & Jewellery, Apparel, or Footwear industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
