Hotel Maintenance Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, numerate, resourceful with attention to details
• A good team leader and with good negotiation skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-spaced environment

Key Duties and Resposiblilities:
• Carry out maintenance works in accordance to maintenance schedule
• Overall in-charge for efficient management of the maintenance department
• Plan, manage, supervise, co-ordinate, monitor and recommend to management a schedule for the planned preventive maintenance and ad hoc day to day maintenance and rectification of and facilities
• Manage, monitor and maintain all plant, equipments at optimum performance and be alert of any abnormal functioning or damages
• Supervise, train and coach all staff under supervision
• Will work closely with the client, contractor, supplier and vendor, keeping track and control schedules and deadlines
• Attend any call related to M&E request by any party
• Identify the spare parts required to settle these issues and settle these issues safely and quickly
