Maintenance Helper

Job Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Helper to join our team and assist in the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will support the maintenance team in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities
- Assist in repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, and building systems
- Follow instructions to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs
- Help with electrical and mechanical repairs under supervision
- Support in fabricating, welding, and assembling components
- Assist in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Aid in facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Provide basic customer service when interacting with internal staff

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or similar role is advantageous
- Capability to supervise tasks when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
